Minimalist design — Inside and out

The Nissan Ariya made its market-ready debut six years ago, so the design can hardly be called futuristic at this point, but its simplicity is definitely contemporary. It features the EV-specific iteration of the single-piece V-motion ‘shield’ in place of the usual Nissan grille. The Ariya features a smoothened design all over with muscular creases for a dynamic presence but not a sporty one.

Inside the cabin as well, the sense of space is enhanced by a minimalistic design with dual 12.3-inch screens in an integrated housing standing atop the dashboard and a sliding centre console. The five-seater EV also has a flat floor which opens up more room for the occupants.
