It is confirmed: the new Toyota GR Supra Track Edition has arrived in Australia, with showroom availability set to begin in July 2025. This enhanced flagship performance model brings dynamic upgrades and sharper styling, priced from $105,295 plus on-road costs.

Gazoo Racing expertise for the Supra

The Track Edition builds on the dynamic credentials of the standard A90 Supra with a number of under-the-skin changes aimed at delivering a more responsive and connected driving experience.

“TOYOTA GAZOO Racing’s aim is to produce ever-better sports cars for customers to enjoy, and the GR Supra Track Edition is proof of that,” states Mr  Sean Hanley, Toyota Australia VP Sales, Marketing and Franchise Operations.

Key chassis and suspension upgrades

Here’s everything Toyota’s engineers have fitted to the GR Supra for the flagship variant and price tag:

  • Larger front anti-roll bar for improved roll stiffness
  • Aluminium brackets for both front and rear anti-roll bars
  • Reinforced rubber bushings on the front control arms
  • Stiffer rear subframe mount and revised underfloor bracing
  • Negative camber adjustment on the front wheels
  • Reprogrammed electric power steering and rear limited-slip differential tuning
  • Upgraded 374mm front brakes for stronger stopping performance

These changes are designed to improve cornering stability, steering feedback, and overall handling balance.

Visual upgrades for the Supra Track Edition

The Toyota GR Supra Track Edition also gains several visual and aerodynamic features that distinguish it from the GT and GTS variants.

Exterior upgrades include:

  • 19-inch matte black alloy wheels
  • Red-painted brake calipers
  • Carbon fibre ducktail spoiler
  • Front and rear wheel arch aero flaps
  • Upgraded front tyre spats

Additionally, the Track Edition is offered in a unique matte black exterior finish, available as an option for $2,500.

Exclusive interior details

Inside the cabin, Toyota has given the GR Supra Track Edition a sportier and more premium feel.

Interior highlights include:

  • Black Alcantara upholstery with embroidered GR logos on the headrests
  • Red seat belts for a sporty accent
  • Manual variants feature a red ring around the shift knob

These touches aim to enhance the racing-focused character of the coupe.

Powertrain and transmission

The Track Edition continues to be powered by the same engine as the rest of the GR Supra range:

GR Supra pricing in Australia

VariantPrice  (excl. on-road costs)

The 2025 GR Supra Track Edition is Toyota’s most focused A90 Supra to date, offering meaningful upgrades in both performance and design. On paper, the additions can justify the nearly $10k premium over the Supra GTS. Positioned at the top of the Supra range, it is likely to appeal to driving enthusiasts who want sharper dynamics and a more exclusive look without sacrificing everyday usability, or voiding the factory warranty.
