Ford Australia has confirmed major updates for the Ranger Super Duty range, introducing the new Pick-Up body style and a new XLT range aimed at buyers seeking high towing capability with additional cabin comfort features.

Arriving in mid-2026, the expanded range maintains its 4500kg towing capacity, 4500kg GVM, and 8000kg GCM, and adds features aimed at touring users and dual-cab buyers.

Premium XLT joins the range

Inside, the XLT grade introduces a range of comfort-focused additions, such as:

  • ‘Super Duty’ branded 18-inch 8-stud alloy wheels
  • Leather-accented heated and ventilated front seats
  • Leather-accented rear seats
  • Carpet flooring
  • Front all-weather floor mats

Ford says the XLT targets customers seeking extra comfort without giving up the vehicle’s heavy-duty capability.

Ranger Super Duty Pick-Up specifications

A dual-cab Pick-Up body style is available for the first time, introducing a factory-fitted tub without compromising the Super Duty’s core performance figures.
