Alfa Romeo has confirmed the arrival of the Giulia Quadrifoglio Estrema in Australia as a limited-edition performance sedan, with only 19 units available. The first collectable Estremas will land in Australia in February.
This rare car model is based on the standard Giulia Quadrifoglio, but features more power, premium carbon fibre, and an exclusive design. The brand owned by Stellantis says Estrema celebrates 9 years of Quadrifogli (four-leaf clover) and its racing history.
Pricing and availability of this rare edition

The limited-edition performance sedan starts at a price tag of $186,990 without on-road costs. This is $30,000 more than the standard Giulia Quadrifoglio. The car is on sale now, and the Australian deliveries, which are strictly limited to 19 units, are expected to begin in February.
More power and performance with the same engine

This collector’s item performance car keeps the standard 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 engine, but receives a major power upgrade. A factory-fitted Akrapovič titanium exhaust now gives a total output of 382kW and 606Nm (from 375kW and 600Nm in the standard). The exhaust also improves engine sound, reduces weight, and features carbon-fibre tailpipe finishers.
Design and material upgrades

The Giulia Quadrifoglio Estrema receives many premium upgrades to set it apart from the standard model. The key highlights include:
- Carbon-fibre door mirror caps
- Carbon-fibre Scudetto (front grille)
- Carbon-fibre illuminated door sills
- Black “Giulia” rear nameplate badge
- Black Brembo brake callipers with white Alfa Romeo script
- Alfa Romeo monochrome badging
- Alfa Romeo red key covers
- Alfa Romeo door projector lights
- Special paint option
- Commemorative build plate
- Certificate of authenticity
- 33 Stradale book (complimentary)
- 19-inch five-hole “teledial” alloy wheels
Add-ons for this limited-edition model
Buyers can add 2 major optional upgrades of carbon-ceramic brakes worth $15,950 and Sparco leather/Alcantara bucket seats with carbon-fibre backs worth $8,350. With these options selected, the total price rises to over $211,000 without on-road costs.
Paint options
Vulcano Black metallic is the standard paint option, while Etna Red and Montreal Green are available at no extra cost. Alfa Romeo says the complimentary special paints and painted brake callipers are worth $5,000.
Standard Giulia Quadrifoglio features
The special-edition Estrema keeps all the key performance hardware from the regular Quadrifoglio. The standard features include:
- Rear mechanical limited-slip differential
- Alfa DNA Pro drive modes
- Alfa active suspension
- Perfect 50:50 weight distribution
- Carbon-fibre active front aero splitter
- Carbon-fibre driveshaft
The technology and safety equipment
On-board technology on the Estrema includes Level 2 autonomous driving assistance (ADAS), a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster with classic “Cannocchiale” (binocular-style) design and automatic adaptive matrix LED headlights.
Celebrating Quadrifoglio legacy with a collectable edition
Alfa Romeo says the Estrema edition celebrates 9 years of Quadrifoglio production and “Estrema” is named after the Italian word for “extreme.” It also ties into Alfa Romeo’s 115th anniversary and pays tribute to the brand’s motorsport history, which includes 5 world titles. This rare model is built at the Cassino factory in Italy.
