Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Duration

The Easter Sale offer is valid from 12:00 AM AEST on 1st April 2026 to 11:59 PM AEST on 5th April 2026.

2. Offer Benefits

Eligible customers can avail:

• Up to $5,000 off on selected used cars listed on the Cars24 Australia platform.
• Up to $1,200 tyre credit on value-added services, applicable on eligible purchases.

The exact discount and tyre credit may vary depending on the vehicle and services selected.

3. Eligibility

• The offer is valid only for retail customers purchasing a vehicle directly via the Cars24 Australia website or mobile app.
• Discounts are applicable only on eligible cars featured under the Easter Sale.
• Tyre credit is applicable only when purchasing eligible value-added services along with the vehicle.
• The offer is valid only on purchases made during the offer period and cannot be applied to bookings made before 1st April 2026.
• The offer is valid for new transactions only and cannot be applied after cancelling an existing booking and creating a new one.

4. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

• The offer benefits (including discounts and tyre credit) are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

5. Exclusions

• The offer is not valid on bookings made via third-party platforms or affiliate channels.
• Not applicable on vehicle trade-ins, fleet sales, or financing-only applications without the purchase of a vehicle.
• Tyre credit cannot be redeemed independently without a qualifying vehicle purchase.

6. Cancellation & Rebooking

• If a customer cancels their booking, offer benefits will not be reinstated or carried forward.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will not include the value of any discount or tyre credit applied.

7. Anti-Fraud Clause

Cars24 reserves the right to disqualify or block offer usage in case of:

• Suspicious or fraudulent account activity
• Multiple account creation by a single user
• Use of bots, scripts, or any automated means to access the offer

8. Modification & Termination

Cars24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

This offer is subject to Australian law. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
