Chery has expanded its flagship SUV line-up with a new front-wheel drive (FWD) version of the Chery Tiggo 9, priced from $52,990 MSRP. The move is aimed at making the large three-row SUV more accessible to a wider range of buyers.
The new Tiggo 9 Elite FWD sits as a more affordable entry point in the range, while retaining the design, technology and practicality seen in higher variants.
According to Chery Australia, the addition of a front-wheel drive option is intended for buyers who prioritise urban driving, comfort and value, without requiring all-wheel drive capability.
