Unveiled at Ferrari Racing Days in Texas, the Ferrari HC25 is a new one-off supercar created through Ferrari’s Special Projects programme.
The HC25 is a one-off model created through Ferrari’s Special Projects programme and designed for a single customer. Developed by the Ferrari Design Studio under Flavio Manzoni, the car is based on the Ferrari F8 Spider and retains its mid-rear-engine layout, chassis platform and V8 powertrain.
Ferrari HC25 celebrates the end of an era for Ferrari’s mid-rear-engine V8 spiders. It also bridges Ferrari’s traditional V8 performance era with the futuristic styling direction seen on newer halo cars like the Ferrari 12Cilindri and F80.

Ferrari HC25 one-off exterior: Bold and futuristic
The new Ferrari HC25 one-off is based on the F8 Spider underneath but receives a completely redesigned exterior with a more futuristic appearance. The bodywork remains muscular and sculpted around the wheels, echoing the aggressive stance of the Ferrari F80.
The central 3-D black ribbon is a core visual element of the car’s design. Its key exterior features include:
- Dual-volume design: front and rear sections appear visually separated
- Car-wrapping 3-D black central band that also houses thermal-management systems
- Side profile features an arrow-like design of the central black band
- Slim custom-designed headlights
- Vertical daytime running lights (first time for a Ferrari car)
- Integrated aerodynamic cooling channels: radiator intakes and powertrain heat extraction channels within the central black band
- Hidden aluminium blade door handles
- Matt Moonlight Grey paint finish with the glossy central black band
- Yellow Ferrari brake callipers and badges
- Bespoke 5-spoke alloy wheels with diamond-finished outer rims, dark-finished spokes, and double recessed outer groove
The slim front lighting units use modules never previously seen on a Ferrari road car and feature a central indentation that mirrors the rear light signature.

What is Ferrari’s Special Projects programme?
The Ferrari HC25 is part of Ferrari’s ultra-exclusive Special Projects division, which creates unique “one-off” models tailored to individual customer requests.
Each project begins with a client concept before Ferrari’s designers work closely with the owner throughout the entire process. Once the design is finalised, full styling models and engineering verification take place before production begins.
Ferrari says the development process for a one-off model typically takes around two years from concept to completion. The result is a super-exclusive Ferrari built to the same engineering and performance standards as every vehicle that leaves Maranello, but with styling and details that exist nowhere else in the world.
