Ford Australia has revealed the MY26 Everest Sport Bi-Turbo, a limited-edition SUV combining the athletic black styling of the Sport series with the efficiency and dependability of the 2.0-litre Bi-Turbo diesel 4WD powertrain.
With only 700 units planned, this short-run model adds exclusivity to the Everest family while packing in more standard features for less money than the typical V6 Everest Sport.
Price and availability

Model Name | Price (MLP) |
Everest Sport Bi-turbo Diesel (New) | $71,190 |
Everest Sport V6 Turbo-diesel | $75,540 |
While the new Sport Bi-turbo is over $4,000 more affordable than the usual Everest Sport with the V6 diesel, the recommended drive-away price of $75,000 at participating dealerships makes this limited-run Ford SUV an even more attractive proposition.
The Everest Sport Bi-turbo units will be manufactured between September and October 2025, with customer deliveries expected to start from October.
More value than the V6 Sport

The new Ford Everest Sport Bi-Turbo is being pitched as a sharper deal than the V6 Sport, thanks to a richer equipment list for a lower price tag. Two packages that usually come at extra cost are bundled in as standard:
- Touring Pack
- Prestige Paint
Touring pack offers the following features:
- 360-Degree Camera
- Tow Bar & Hitch
- Integrated Trailer Brake Controller
- Pro Trailer Backup Assist
Black styling details

Like its V6 sibling, the Ford Everest Sport Bi-Turbo wears the blacked-out design pack that has become synonymous with the Sport badge. Expect:
- Black exterior accents
- Unique 20-inch alloy wheels
- Distinctive Sport badging
It’s aimed at drivers who want rugged off-road ability without compromising on urban style.
Everest Sport powertrain

As the trim name suggests, it is powered by Ford’s proven 2.0-litre Bi-Turbo diesel engine, paired with a full-time 4WD system. The package delivers both the capability for off-the-beaten-path adventures and efficiency for daily city commutes.
Specification | Everest Sport Bi-turbo |
Power | 154kW |
Torque | 500Nm |
Transmission | 10-speed automatic |
Ford is confident this engine, which has already proved its durability in other Everest and Ranger variants, will resonate with families and adventurers who value versatility.
Colour options
You get the option of choosing from five different colour options with the car, and all of these colours are included in the price. Meteor Grey, Aluminium, Shadow Black, Alabaster White, which is currently being offered, replaces the Arctic White and the Blue Lightning, a Sport-exclusive paint option.
Ford Australia’s take

“We are thrilled to welcome the limited-edition Everest Sport Bi-Turbo to the Australian lineup,” said Ambrose Henderson, Marketing Director, Ford Australia.
“It packages the highly popular 2.0-litre Bi-Turbo 4WD powertrain with the emotive black styling that our Sport customers love. We are confident its sharp price point and impressive array of standard features will resonate with style-conscious and utilitarian buyers alike.”
Final word
With just 700 units coming, the Ford Everest Sport Bi-Turbo is as exclusive as it is enticing! For those interested, the appeal is obvious: attractive pricing, factory-fitted extras, and the sought-after Sport styling without stretching into V6 money. Still, there’s no escaping the trade-off. The 2.0-litre Bi-Turbo is efficient and dependable, it’s 30kW and 100Nm down on performance compared to the V6. Heavy towers and performance purists will likely find themselves looking elsewhere.
In the end, this limited-edition Ford Everest is a clever blend of value and style, a well-judged play for families and adventurers who want polish with capability, even if it means giving up a little grunt for greater balance.
