GWM is extending its Tank 500 line-up in Australia with the addition of the Vanta styling grade — a factory-fitted visual upgrade designed to offer a bold yet refined road presence.
Based on the Ultra specification, the GWM Tank 500 Vanta swaps out traditional chrome highlights for gloss black details and unique design cues. The price for these distinct visual cues stands at $75,990 drive-away.
Signature Vanta details
The Vanta package brings a fully blacked-out look to the Tank 500, transforming its presence with exclusive dark trim and accessories. Key exterior upgrades include:
- Gloss black front grille and Tank badge
- Black-finished front bumper inserts
- Black headlight internals
- Rear-end black-out treatment including taillight surrounds, tailgate, spare wheel cover and diffuser
- Gloss black door handles, roof rails, and window surrounds
- Unique 18-inch black alloy wheels with red brake calipers
- Black door scuff plates
The Tank 500 Vanta is offered solely in Crystal Black, with prestige paint included as standard.
Interior & equipment: Based on the Ultra
Though it focuses on visual enhancements, the Vanta carries over the full equipment list from the GWM Tank 500 Ultra. That means buyers benefit from a high-grade interior, advanced driver assistance systems, and a comprehensive infotainment suite – all housed within a luxury-focused cabin.
