Honda Australia has entered runout mode for its CR-V and ZR-V medium SUVs, offering hybrid buyers a $3000 discount and an extended warranty package ahead of updated models due in 2026.
What’s on offer
The deal applies exclusively to the flagship hybrid variants of both SUVs in MY2025 form. In a twist, the reduced price of the CR-V hybrid means the electrified e:HEV RS now undercuts the petrol-only CR-V VTi LX AWD, which continues at $57,500 drive-away.
Honda ran similar offers earlier in 2025 to clear MY2024 stock, and the company says the current discounts will remain while stocks last.
| Model | Drive-away price | Drive-away price(until December 31) |
| ZR-V e: HEV LX | $54,900 | $51,900 |
| CR-V e: HEV RS | $59,900 | $56,900 |

Extended 8-year warranty offer
Alongside the runout pricing, Honda is offering an extended 8-year/unlimited-kilometre warranty and 8 years of roadside assist on all new HR-V, CR-V, and ZR-V models purchased between December 1, 2025, and February 28, 2026.
This marks an increase over Honda’s standard 5-year warranty program. For commercial users, the warranty is capped at 225,000km over the eight years.
Honda has previously offered similar warranty extensions, again timed around stock-clearance campaigns.
What’s coming in the 2026 updates
Honda has yet to outline full details of the revised CR-V and ZR-V, but several upgrades are expected:
Wider availability of hybrid power
The brand’s e:HEV hybrid system is tipped to spread across more variants in both line-ups, rather than being limited to top trims.
All-wheel drive for the CR-V hybrid
In line with overseas markets, the CR-V hybrid is expected to gain all-wheel drive for the first time in Australia—though this is still unconfirmed.
Infotainment upgrades
Both SUVs are likely to adopt Google-built-in functionality, including integration with the Google Assistant, Google Maps, and the Google Play Store.
More information, including pricing and specifications, will be revealed closer to the Australian arrival of the updated CR-V and ZR-V in 2026.
