Isuzu UTE Australia has announced a new ownership incentive for buyers of its popular MU-X large SUV, offering three years of free scheduled servicing on eligible new vehicle purchases.
The promotion applies to all 25.5 model year MU-X variants, including models powered by the 2.2-litre and 3.0-litre turbo-diesel engines, as well as the special TOUR MATE edition.
Available from 1 June until 31 July 2026, the offer covers the first three scheduled services, up to 36 months or 45,000km from the vehicle’s warranty start date.
The initiative comes as Australian households continue to face cost-of-living pressures, with vehicle ownership costs remaining a key consideration for many buyers.

Applies across the MU-X range
Unlike some manufacturer offers that are limited to specific variants, Isuzu’s free servicing program extends across the entire MU-X line-up.
The seven-seat SUV remains one of Australia’s strongest-selling large SUVs, appealing to families, caravan owners and buyers looking for a capable tow vehicle.
According to Isuzu UTE Australia, the MU-X finished 2025 among Australia’s top 20 best-selling vehicles and ranked third in the competitive Large SUV under $80,000 segment.

Isuzu targets lower ownership costs

IUA Managing Director Junta Matsui said the offer is designed to help customers manage ongoing vehicle expenses.
“While global issues continue to pressure everyday cost of living, IUA understands that it’s increasingly difficult for many Australians to manage the ongoing costs of their vehicle.”
“Complementing IUA’s comprehensive 6-year/150,000km warranty, this offer will give buyers more certainty when anticipating life with one of Australia’s most respected cars.”
The free servicing package adds to Isuzu’s existing ownership program, which includes a six-year/150,000km warranty and roadside assistance coverage linked to scheduled servicing.
Who is eligible?
The offer is available to:
- Private buyers
- ABN holders
- Business fleet customers
However, demonstrator vehicles are excluded from the promotion.
Customers must purchase an eligible new 25.5MY Isuzu MU-X between 1 June and 31 July 2026 to qualify.
Why does it matter?

Free servicing offers have become increasingly common as manufacturers compete for buyers in a softer new-car market. For MU-X customers, the promotion could help reduce ownership costs during the first three years of ownership, particularly for families and touring buyers who cover higher annual kilometre totals.
With rivals such as the Toyota Fortuner, Ford Everest and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport continuing to battle for market share, the free servicing offer gives the MU-X another point of difference beyond its reputation for reliability, towing capability and long-distance touring credentials.
