It’s EOFY time and the discounts are already rolling. The Mahindra XUV700 and Mahindra Scorpio are available with price reductions worth $3,000.

The offer brings the Mahindra XUV700 AX7L down to $39,990 drive-away, effectively matching its early 2024 pricing and aligning it with the cost of the lower-spec AX7 grade. However, the current promotion applies to MY25 models, which come with notable upgrades over the outgoing MY24 version.

XUV700 gains new features for MY25

MY25 Mahindra XUV700 AX7L includes several enhancements:

  • Black interior trim
  • Cooled front seats
  • Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

These additions complement existing standard features such as:

  • Twin 10.25-inch displays (instrument cluster and infotainment)
  • LED headlights
  • Panoramic sunroof
  • Push-button start

Under the bonnet, the Mahindra XUV700 is powered by a 149kW/380Nm 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission driving the front wheels. It has a claimed fuel economy of 8.3L/100km.

The seven-seat SUV competes with rivals such as the Honda CR-V, Mitsubishi Outlander, and Nissan X-Trail.

Scorpio off-roader also at a discount

The Mahindra Scorpio, known for its off-road credentials, also benefits from a $3000 price reduction:

  • Scorpio Z8: now $38,990 drive-away
  • Scorpio Z8L: now $41,990 drive-away

These prices apply to current stock that does not yet feature autonomous emergency braking (AEB) — a safety feature set to be introduced later this year to meet updated Australian regulations.

The Scorpio is equipped with a 129kW/440Nm 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine, sending power to all four wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission.

Key features across the Scorpio range include:

  • Six or seven-seat configurations
  • LED headlights
  • Sunroof
  • Dual-zone climate control
  • Off-road drive modes
  • 8.0-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

Competitors to the Scorpio include the GWM Tank 300 and the Ford Everest, with the 4WD version starting at $59,240 before on-road costs.

Mahindra EOFY deadline

Mahindra’s EOFY pricing is valid until 30th June 2025, or while stocks last. With competitive drive-away pricing and upgraded features, both the Scorpio and XUV700 present strong value propositions within their respective SUV segments.
