New Mazda BT-50 Boss grade joins the lineup

Mazda has also introduced the Mazda BT-50 Boss, a new mid-range variant positioned between the XT and XTR grades.
Available exclusively as a 3.0-litre 4×4 dual-cab pickup, the Boss builds on the XT specification while adding several styling and practicality upgrades.

More technology for key Mazda BT-50 variants

Beyond the two new grades, Mazda has also expanded the availability of driver-assistance technology across the range.
A 360-degree camera system is now fitted to XTR, GT and SP pickup variants, improving manoeuvrability in tight spaces and adding convenience during daily driving or off-road use.
Wide range of variants remain
The 2026 Mazda BT-50 range continues to offer a broad selection of 20 variants, spanning single-cab chassis, freestyle chassis, and dual-cab pickup configurations.
According to Jarrod Gieschen, Marketing and Sales Director at Mazda Australia, the expanded lineup gives buyers more flexibility depending on how they use their ute.
“The BT-50 plays an integral role in Mazda Australia’s lineup, and these two new model grades provide customers with more choice, whether they need a ute for the jobsite or for towing and touring,” he said.
