Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
Campaign means the Cars24 EOFY 2026 Sale conducted between 20 May 2026 and 30 June 2026.
Eligible Vehicle means a vehicle marked as part of the EOFY 2026 Sale on the Cars24 website or app.
Customer means an eligible retail customer who satisfies the eligibility requirements in clause 5, purchasing a vehicle directly through Cars24 Australia during the Campaign Period.
The EOFY 2026 Sale is valid from 12:00 AM AEST on 20 May 2026 until 11:59 PM AEST on 30 June 2026.
Eligible customers may receive discounts of up to $5,000 off selected vehicles. As part of the EOFY promotional campaign, eligible vehicles may also be covered by Cars24's existing Price Match Guarantee and 30-Day Return Guarantee. These are existing Cars24 customer programs and are not limited to EOFY, unless otherwise stated in their respective terms.
The EOFY 2026 Sale is valid from 12:00 AM AEST on 20 May 2026 until 11:59 PM AEST on 30 June 2026.
Purchases, bookings or claims made outside the campaign period are not eligible unless otherwise approved by Cars24 in writing.
Cars24 may modify, extend, suspend or withdraw the Campaign, or update participating vehicles and discounts, at any time before a Customer enters into a binding purchase contract for an Eligible Vehicle, provided that Cars24 will not vary the EOFY promotional price confirmed in a binding purchase contract except where required or permitted by law, including to correct a genuine error.
Cars24 may correct genuine pricing, typographical or technical errors. Where an error affects a Customer’s transaction, Cars24 will notify the Customer as soon as reasonably practicable and handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
Discounts may vary by vehicle and inventory availability.
Discounts apply only to vehicles clearly marked as part of the EOFY 2026 Sale on the Cars24 website or app.
EOFY promotional pricing is available on selected vehicles only, while stocks last.
Vehicle availability, discount amounts, and participating vehicles may change during the Campaign Period.
Not all vehicles are eligible for the maximum discount.
EOFY promotional pricing applicable at the time of booking or purchase applies only to that transaction and will not be retrospectively adjusted if promotional pricing, inventory allocation, or discount structures change during the Campaign Period.
Only vehicles clearly marked as part of the EOFY 2026 Sale on the Cars24 Australia website, mobile app, or at Cars24 Retail Locations are eligible for EOFY promotional pricing.
EOFY promotional pricing, Price Match offers, 30-Day Return eligibility, and EOFY value-added service offers apply only to vehicles owned and sold directly by Cars24 Australia, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Vehicles listed by third-party dealers, marketplace sellers, classified partners, consignors, or non-Cars24 inventory are excluded from the EOFY 2026 Sale unless otherwise confirmed by Cars24 in writing.
The EOFY 2026 Sale is available to retail customers purchasing Cars24-owned Eligible Vehicles directly from Cars24 Australia through the Cars24 Australia website, mobile app, or Cars24 Retail Locations during the Campaign Period.
The following are not eligible unless expressly approved by Cars24 in writing:
Existing bookings or past purchases made before the Campaign start date.
Cancelled, reversed, refunded, transferred, or rebooked transactions intended to obtain revised promotional pricing, additional discounts, or duplicate promotional benefits.
Transactions already in progress before the Campaign start date.
EOFY promotional pricing, discounts, VAS benefits, credits, and related offers are personal to the purchasing customer and are not transferable, assignable, exchangeable for cash, or redeemable for alternative products or services unless expressly approved by Cars24 in writing.
Eligible Vehicles purchased during the Campaign Period may also qualify under Cars24's existing Price Match Guarantee program. The Price Match Guarantee is an existing Cars24 pricing program and is not exclusive to the EOFY 2026 Sale.
The Price Match Guarantee operates on a like-for-like comparison basis and applies to the vehicle price only. Cars24 service fees are excluded from Price Match comparisons. Eligible Vehicles purchased during the Campaign Period may also qualify under Cars24's existing 30-Day Return Guarantee policy. The 30-Day Return Guarantee is an existing Cars24 post-purchase policy and is not exclusive to the EOFY 2026 Sale.
The 30-Day Return Guarantee remains subject to Cars24's standard return policy, including eligibility criteria, mileage limits, vehicle condition requirements, and exclusions.

Cars24 offers additional EOFY Value Added Services (“VAS”) benefits on eligible purchases during the campaign period, subject to customer eligibility, product availability, and final approval.

Tyre credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or retrospectively applied unless expressly approved by Cars24 in writing.
VAS offers may be subject to product eligibility, vehicle eligibility, purchase completion, applicable terms and any third-party provider requirements.
Cars24 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or substitute VAS offers at any time, subject to applicable law.
VAS promotional benefits must be applied and confirmed at the time of purchase completion and cannot be retrospectively added after delivery or settlement unless approved by Cars24 in writing.
To access EOFY 2026 Sale pricing:
Browse Eligible Vehicles on the Cars24 Australia website, mobile app, or at a Cars24 Retail Location.
Select an Eligible Vehicle displaying Sale pricing.
Proceed through the standard Cars24 purchase flow.
If requesting a Price Match, provide valid comparable pricing proof before purchase completion.
Cars24 will review and confirm final eligibility where applicable.
Vehicles are not secured until booking confirmation, payment completion, or purchase contract execution, as determined by Cars24.
Fleet purchases, wholesale transactions, trade-only purchases, or third-party marketplace purchases.
Finance-only applications without the purchase of an Eligible Vehicle.
Vehicles not marked as part of the EOFY 2026 Sale.
The EOFY 2026 Sale, including EOFY promotional pricing, Price Match Guarantee participation, VAS offers, and related promotional benefits, applies only to vehicles owned and retailed directly by Cars24 Australia. Dealer-listed vehicles, marketplace listings, classified listings, consignment inventory, and third-party seller vehicles are excluded unless otherwise confirmed by Cars24 in writing.
Any offer, discount or benefit not expressly stated in these terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by Cars24 in writing, EOFY promotional pricing and related benefits cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, referral incentive, trade offer, finance incentive, coupon, retention offer, employee benefit, goodwill adjustment, or discount.
EOFY promotional pricing and related benefits may lapse where a transaction is delayed, cancelled, or unable to proceed due to finance approval outcomes, payment failure, customer non-responsiveness, identification verification issues, or documentation delays.
Cars24 reserves the right to reject suspicious transactions, deny promotional access, reverse discounts, refuse Price Match claims or refuse VAS benefits where fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, abusive, or commercially unreasonable activity is suspected or detected.
Cars24 reserves the right to limit promotional access, discounts, or related benefits where multiple purchases, coordinated transactions, reseller activity, broker activity, or commercial purchasing behaviour is identified.
Cars24 may determine eligibility, abuse, fraud indicators, verification requirements, and promotional applicability acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
All offers remain subject to vehicle availability and final approval by Cars24.
Cars24 reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical or technical errors, subject to applicable law.
Cars24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the EOFY 2026 Sale or related promotional benefits at any time before a Customer enters into a binding purchase contract for an Eligible Vehicle, subject to applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in relation to the campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
14. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Cars24’s goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
