Jaecoo Australia has revealed pricing and specifications for its first-ever seven-seat SUV, the J8 SHS (Super Hybrid System).
The new plug-in hybrid flagship will be offered in a single, highly specified Summit SHS grade priced from $59,990 before on-road costs and will be positioned at the top of the J8 lineup.

The J8 SHS uses an advanced hybrid all-wheel-drive system. Its rear wheels are powered by an electric motor, and front wheels are driven through a Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (3DHT). The electrified AWD capability comes without a conventional mechanical connection to the rear axle.
