Honda has updated its Elevate small SUV in India with revised styling and additional interior features, including ventilated seats for both front and rear occupants. The facelift arrives around three years after the model’s original introduction in 2023, with Honda focusing on comfort and visual changes rather than mechanical upgrades.
The updated Honda Elevate is now available to order in India, with prices starting at 11.80 lakh rupees for the entry-level SV manual variant. The range-topping ZX+ with a CVT automatic costs 18.40 lakh rupees, according to the launch information published in October 2026. The facelift has not been confirmed for Australia, and Australian pricing and availability have not been announced.

Honda Elevate gets a tougher front-end design
The most noticeable changes are at the front, where the Elevate receives a redesigned grille with a honeycomb pattern, black trim and segmented LED position lights positioned between the headlights. The Honda badge has also moved to the bonnet, giving the grille a different appearance.
The front bumper largely carries over from the previous model, although the areas around the fog lights now feature body-coloured inserts. The side profile and rear styling remain unchanged, keeping the facelift relatively restrained.
Honda has also introduced a new Nordic Forest Pearl paint finish. Buyers seeking a darker appearance can choose the flagship ZX+ Black variant, which features black 17-inch alloy wheels and leather upholstery. Additional accessories include protective cladding for the bumpers and doors, along with chrome and dark chrome decorative inserts.
Ventilated rear seats headline cabin upgrades

The cabin receives more substantial changes, particularly for passengers who spend time in the second row. Ventilated seats are now available for both front and rear occupants, a feature that could be particularly useful in India’s hot climate. The dashboard’s faux wood inserts have been replaced by extended leatherette padding, while new ambient lighting adds another layer of cabin illumination. Honda has also revised the trim around the climate controls, although the freestanding 10.25-inch infotainment display carries over.
Other available features include powered front seats, rear air-conditioning vents, touch-sensitive reading lights, remote engine start and improved cabin insulation. On the safety front, all variants come with six airbags as standard. Higher-spec versions also receive Honda Sensing, the brand’s driver assistance package, which includes adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assistance. The equipment changes give the Elevate a more premium feel without altering its basic layout. However, the facelift does not introduce a massage function, a feature available on the rival Skoda Kushaq in India.
Existing petrol engine and front-wheel drive continue

Under the bonnet, the updated Elevate retains its naturally aspirated 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine. It produces 89kW and 145Nm of torque, with power sent to the front wheels through either a six-speed manual gearbox or a continuously variable transmission (CVT).
There is no hybrid or all-wheel-drive option in the Indian range, according to the supplied launch information. The facelift also leaves the SUV’s underlying platform unchanged. At 4,312mm long, the Elevate sits in India’s competitive small SUV segment, where it faces models including the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun.
Will the updated Honda Elevate come to Australia?

For Australian buyers, the key question is whether Honda will introduce the Elevate locally. There is currently no confirmed Australian launch or pricing information for the facelift. The model is built in India and is also exported to Japan, where it is sold as the Honda WR-V. That export connection demonstrates the SUV’s potential to serve markets beyond India, but it does not confirm an Australian introduction.
If the updated Elevate were to reach Australia, its compact dimensions and rear-seat comfort features could make it relevant to buyers seeking a practical small SUV. For now, however, Australian customers will have to wait for Honda to announce whether the model will join its local lineup.
