The Geely E2 is getting ready to enter the European market, with the electric hatchback now arriving at Belgian dealerships ahead of its September 11 sales launch. It is known as the Geely Xingyuan in China and the Geely EX2 in Australia, and this 4.1-metre urban EV starts at €19,490 (A$31,440) in Belgium with its current limited-time discount.
The Australian-delivered EX2 is strictly configured and ADR-certified as a five-seat hatchback, and the European entry-level E2 is sold with a four-seat compliance setup, depending on local market tier selections.
Geely E2 reaches Belgian dealers
Geely Maurin Belgium has confirmed that Geely E2 (or EX2) electric hatchbacks have arrived at dealerships in Brugge, Oostende and Roeselare.
These appear to be display vehicles rather than customer deliveries, as Geely previously said Benelux customer deliveries would begin on September 11–12.
The E2 originally debuted in late 2024 and went on to become China’s best-selling small electric vehicle through 2025 and 2026 before Geely began expanding the model into international markets.
Belgium and Luxembourg get a discount
The Geely E2 remains available to order across the Benelux region with a limited-time €2,000 (A$3,227) discount, which brings the entry price in Belgium and Luxembourg down to €19,490 (A$31,440).
The Netherlands starts slightly higher at €20,990 (A$33,860).
Without the limited-time offers, entry pricing ranges from €21,490 to €22,990 (A$34,670–37,090).
Those prices apply to the entry-level E2 Pro, while Geely will also offer two more expensive grades called Max and the more luxurious Ultra.

European cars get upgraded tyres
The Belgian Geely E2s arrived in two exterior colours: white and pink, and they ride on 16-inch wheels fitted with 205/60 Yokohama BluEarth-GT tyres, aimed at improving ride comfort for European buyers.
That marks a change from the Chinese-market Geely Xingyuan, which comes standard with cheaper Linglong tyres. The E2 uses a black interior.
Compact dimensions, practical cabin
The Geely E2 uses a compact hatchback body with what Geely describes through its styling as a “cute” appearance.

Australia gets the EX2 with two grades
Australian buyers receive a simplified version of the E2 range under the EX2 name, and the local lineup consists of two rear-wheel-drive grades.

Both Australian variants come with a seven-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty, and they have now secured a maximum five-star ANCAP safety rating under the strict 2026 testing standards.
Geely previously opened an initial pre-order window for the EX2 in Australia, which included a free 7kW home charging unit and a complimentary premium paint upgrade for vehicles delivered by August 31, 2026.
Customers who took advantage of that initial pre-order window are currently receiving the highest fulfilment priority for Australian EX2 deliveries.
