Can’t rate Car 24 more highly! They offered me $3000 more than trade in at the Nissan dealership that I bought both my old and new car from and had its full service history.Remote inspection was relatively quick (25 mins) and easy and communication with A**f was constant and effective throughout the process from enquiry to the car being picked up from my driveway!The process outlined at the beginning was followed accurately and I received the cleared funds in my account the day prior to pick upMy only hesitation at the beginning was not knowing them beforehand and being an overseas company but I thoroughly did my own research. They have a registered and active ABN and physical presence in Laverton Victoria, Australian based staff and contractors and active website and Linked in page detailing their business and activities. I also had a friend in the car industry review the DocuSign contract prior to signing to be certain…they are completely legitimate!This is a great business which will challenge the way the old trade in at the dealership occurs, Nissan are fully aware that I sold to Cars 24 and that it was an easier process than the traditional in person assessments and I am very happy with my decision! Highly recommend to anyone selling their car to compare Cars 24 first.

The cars24 sale process was pretty seamless, from start to finish.They offer a decent price for your car, minus all the hassle. V****l was my agent - he took me through the virtual inspection, met me with an offer I was happy with, and coordinated the logistics for pick up. Given it’s an online dealership, I was able to cancel registration in my state and hand the car over without needing to go through the pain of paperwork. Would definitely recommend giving this company a go if you want a no fuss experience.
